What you provide

Your company name, company country or region, contact details, selected models and quantities, and any requirements you choose to share. Contact name and quantity can be left to confirm.

Why we use it

To review your request, confirm supply and delivery conditions, and contact you about this inquiry. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where it is handled

This website runs on an Alibaba Cloud server. Business inquiries and product media are stored on that server and accessed by the SOWOW administrator. New purchasing inquiries are also sent to SOWOW at lyc@sowow.com through Alibaba Mail for manual follow-up. We do not automatically email customers.

Browser storage and security

Your selected product list and unfinished form are kept in this browser until you clear them or complete the inquiry. If the browser is shared, clear your saved inquiry details after use. The site has no advertising trackers. Administrator sessions use a restricted cookie. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers, submission checks, request limits and a hidden spam field help prevent abuse.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is kept for handling and documenting the business request. Contact lyc@sowow.com to ask about access, correction or deletion; records needed for an agreed transaction may be handled separately.

Optional analytics and email links

Only after consent, we create a random browser identifier (up to 90 days) and a visit token (expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, at most 24 hours). We record public page paths, times and visible duration, not typed content, raw IP addresses or device fingerprints. Existing security controls and server logs operate separately.

A random personal email link may associate visits and inquiries with its assigned recipient register. Links may be forwarded or visited by security scanners or other people. Ten seconds of visible browsing or a second distinct page is a probable-human signal, not identity verification. It never triggers an automatic email.

Visit details are kept for 90 days; daily aggregates for 365 days. The recipient register and follow-up records are retained separately and can be exported, corrected or deleted on request. Withdraw consent through Analytics preferences to stop new records, remove local identifiers and delete the current visit details. Anonymous historical aggregates remain. Visits without consent are excluded from these analytics.
